My role was crucial in the Product Development team across different retailers, Target, Myer, BigW and Coles.
Briefing production assistants and garment technicians on executing designs were vital in ensuring that garments were produced to the highest quality within challenging production timelines. I reported directly to the account manager/buying team and played a crucial role in the continued growth and development of the numerous licenses the company currently has within its portfolios.
I successfully collaborated with various internal and external creative and production teams and stakeholders, which resulted in the retail accounts' continuous growth and product range expansion.
